Appointment System for American Citizen Services

Welcome to the appointment page for the American Citizen Services Unit!  In order to provide more effective customer service, we ask that you make an appointment before your visit.  Our system allows you to plan your visit in advance, ensures shorter wait times, and allows more efficient handling of individual cases.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 2:00-4:00pm, except on official Macedonian and U.S. holidays. You may request several services for the same visit to the Consular Section.  So we may better serve you, please make a separate appointment for each individual service.

The scheduled appointment will be automatically cancelled for anyone arriving more than one hour late. You will be required to schedule a new appointment via our website or by phone.

Please select from the link below to choose a date and time that is convenient for you.  Note that only available appointment slots will be displayed.  Be sure to print the confirmation screen and bring the page with you to your appointment.  There is no charge for making or canceling an appointment.  You may cancel your appointment by selecting the link below, or contacting us by phone.  If you must cancel, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment.
