"What are the implications of voting 'yes' or voting 'no'? The implications for me are pretty clear. If you vote 'yes,' the Republic of Macedonia faces uncertainties and delay. If they reject the referendum and choose to go on the municipal organization package that we look at and are confident with, we know where that goes. There are some uncertainties there too, but it is very directed towards NATO and the European Union without delay. And that's the important thing, said Ambassador Butler.
