U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State to visit Macedonia

June 26, 2008

Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Rosemary A. DiCarlo, will visit Macedonia on June 27, 2008.  During her visit she will meet with top state officials and governing and opposition party leadership.  Together they will discuss recent domestic and international political developments,   including U.S. – Macedonian relations, the parliamentary elections in Macedonia, coalition talks, Kosovo issues, and Macedonia’s NATO prospects.
