U.S. Government Donates Equipment to the Republic of Macedonia

On behalf of the U.S. Government, Ambassador Philip Reeker will hand over equipment comprising long range thermal cameras, various border interdiction and different computer equipment valued over $500,000.00 to the Macedonian Ministries of Interior/Border Affairs Sector and of Finance/Customs Administration at a ceremony on May 13, 2009 at 13:00 in Alexander Palace Hotel.  Macedonian Minister of Interior Jankuloska, Director of Public Security Bureau Todorovski, Assistant Director of Border Affairs Sector Kochovski, Minister of Finance Slaveski and Customs Administration Director Kargov as well as other high officials will attend the event that will be supported with display of part of the specialized equipment that will be donated by the United States Government.
