Public Inquiries about Immigrant Visas can be made to the Immigrant Visa Unit by fax or e-mail at all times. Every effort will be made to respond to your initial inquiry within three working days. Inquiries may also be made by telephone between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. any weekday except Tuesdays at the following number: 00-389-2-3102-000.
